The ultimate beach house – in the perfect location, less than 200m from Lorne Beach, Erskine River the Swing Bridge and café. Set in an elevated position with the most incredible views of Lorne bay and right across to the pier. Only a short walk to the main beach, shops, restaurants, day-spa and sea baths. It is perfect for family holidays or weekend getaways with friends.

A spacious double story holiday house with a relaxed feel, modestly furnished, it comfortably sleeps 10 guests with four bedrooms (Queen, Queen, two x singles, two x bunks), and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus the deck overlooks the bay and treetops with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Two separate living areas – upstairs capturing the spectacular views through the huge panoramic windows, with fireplace and large TV. Downstairs lounge is the kids haven, with TV, board games, books and foosball table. Split system air conditioners on both levels.

Complete with boogie boards, surfboards and wetsuits for you to use. Grab a board and catch some waves, cool off with a swim, go fishing on Lorne pier, or immerse yourself in seaside life. Enjoy the vibe of this renowned coastal resort town, with great restaurants and cafés, or try fish and chips on the beach.
