The Lorne Pier to Pub

The Lorne Pier to Pub

The Lorne Pier to Pub has been running since 1980. The swim leads participants on a 1.2km course starting at the Lorne Pier and finishing at the foreshore of the Lorne Surf Lifesaving Club. Now recognised as the largest ocean water swim in the world, the event is organised and run by volunteers of the Lorne Surf Lifesaving Club.

After attending the Lorne Pier to Pub swim, be sure to check out all of the other things to see & do in Lorne. With picnic & BBQ areas to enjoy the coastal scenery, and waterfall walks to soak up the natural beauty of the nearby forests, there’s plenty to do for the whole family. However, if you’re after a more relaxing experience in the sea, there are other beaches which are also great for fishing & surfing.

Further information and updates on Lorne’s Pier to Pub can be found at Surf Coast Events.
