A sweet little cafe in Winchelsea, Victoria, Sweet Thyme Cafe serves excellent food with a smile. All of their food is freshly made on site with many healthy and sweet treats available.

Sweet Thyme Cafe caters for all tastes serving a range of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and meat dishes, with breakfast available all day. Tea and Scandal teas and Blend Co “Ants Pants” coffee are available.

Local ingredients are used where possible working with Caravan Eggs, Goddard”™s Olive Oil, Meredith Dairy and Zeally Bay Organic Sour Dough.

Restored prior to the Cafe’s opening in February 2017, the Cafe is located in the town’s Heritage bank building. It had a change of ownership in March 2020 when Nicola and Danny purchased the cafe from the previous owner Danielle with whom Nicola had worked from the first day of opening the business.

Sweet Thyme Cafe stocks a range of locally made products that make wonderful gifts. Goddard”™s Olives and Olive Oils made locally in Bambra by Chef Josh, Cooks Treat sauces made by Renata in Bannockburn, Apiary Honey made by Rahana a small beekeeping family from Wensleydale, Mama and Co a range of skincare and locally made gifts from Bambra, Soleil Et La Lune Soy Crystal Infused Candles made by Amy in Winchelsea and of course they have their own range of preserves available.
